[NXP's Automotive Chip Business Revenue Grew 4.8% in Q4 2025] On February 2, Dutch chip manufacturer NXP Semiconductors NV announced that its automotive business revenue increased 4.8% in the fourth quarter of 2025 to $1.88 billion. Data compiled by Bloomberg showed that analysts' average expectation was $1.89 billion, with some forecasts reaching as high as $1.97 billion.

The issuance scale of these convertible bonds is 1.734 billion yuan, with a term of 6 years, and the coupon rate adopts a tiered design, increasing annually. The raised funds will be entirely used for the "200,000 mt Annual Lithium Battery Anode Material Integrated Project," aiming to further expand the company's capacity layout in the lithium battery anode material field and enhance the advantages of integrated production.

The SMM battery-grade lithium carbonate index stood at 150,467 yuan/mt. Battery-grade lithium carbonate was priced at 142,000–165,000 yuan/mt, with an average price of 153,500 yuan/mt Industrial-grade lithium carbonate was priced at 139,000–161,000 yuan/mt, with an average price of 150,000 yuan/mt.

Today, the most-traded lithium carbonate futures contract moved sideways, trading mainly in the range of 137,500–151,900 yuan/mt. In terms of trading activity, upstream lithium chemical plants showed a clear tendency to hold prices firm, with limited willingness to sell spot orders. Downstream material plants, driven by February stockpiling demand, mostly adopted a strategy of buying the dip. Overall market inquiries and transactions remained largely stable.

On January 29, 2026, the power battery enterprise Times Changan Power Battery Co., Ltd., jointly established by CATL, Deepal Auto, and Changan Automobile, completed its industrial and commercial registration changes, with its registered capital significantly increasing from 1.5 billion yuan to 4 billion yuan, a surge of 167%. Following this capital increase, the investment amounts of the three major shareholders were adjusted accordingly: CATL, as the controlling shareholder, increased its investment to 2.04 billion yuan, maintaining a 51% stake; Deepal Auto invested 1.2 billion yuan, holding a 30% stake; and Changan Automobile invested 760 million yuan, holding a 19% stake.

With this achievement, Lihuayi Weiyuan's new energy material industrial chain—"propane dehydrogenation—propylene oxide—electrolyte solvent"—has been fully integrated, further strengthening its strategic positioning in the battery materials sector.
